SOL#12

 Hello, everyone. This time the topic is lunch box.

I did a lunch assignment this week. I was very worried about what the theme of the lunch box should be, but I had a lot of summer vegetables at home, so I decided to make a lunch box with that theme.

The menu is fried eggplant and pork with miso, pumpkin baked in salt butter, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes. This is the first time I've made pumpkin baked in salt butter, and it was one of the most delicious pumpkin dishes I've ever had! I will try to make it again.

    Hello, Shizuku! Your lunch box looks very delicious! I especially like the use of summer vegetables. I don't always buy different kinds of vegetables but I will buy seasonal vegetables for nutritiion.

    The lunch box you made looks so delicious! I have never had pompkin baked in salt butter, but it looks so delicious that I will try to make it next time. I haven't made it yet, but I have a lot of carrots at home and I'm thinking of adding carrot rappe.

    I also made a lunch box using summer vagetables! All those are fresh and delicious, aren't they. I especially like cucumbers.
