I didn't have classes on Thursday, so I went shopping at AEON. I went shopping for lunch, so I bought lunch by the way. I ate Italian mikazuki for lunch. I had heard that Italian is the soul food of Niigata, and I have always wanted to try it, so I'm glad I was able to eat it this time.

Italian was a dish with yakisoba noodles and meat sauce, and I was surprised by the combination. I was also surprised that the noodles were thicker than I expected. The noodles were sticky and very delicious! There were various kinds of menus, so I would like to try different ones next time!
