Hello,everypne. How are you? This topic is about making bread. I made a post about the bakery last week. At that time, I wanted to eat more bread, so I made it myself!
This time I made melon bread, cream bread and cinnnamon roll. I've made bread before, but this is the first time I've made cream bread and cinnamon roll.
Cinnamon rolls were baked beautifully! Melon breads puffed up well, but lattice pattern disappeared. Cream bread had become elongated in shape. All the flavors were very good, but I felt that the melon bread was a little lacking in sweetness.
