Hello, everyone. You've finished one test. Good luck with next week's test! I didn't have classes on Thursday, so I went shopping at AEON. I went shopping for lunch, so I bought lunch by the way. I ate Italian mikazuki for lunch. I had heard that Italian is the soul food of Niigata, and I have always wanted to try it, so I'm glad I was able to eat it this time. Italian was a dish with yakisoba noodles and meat sauce, and I was surprised by the combination. I was also surprised that the noodles were thicker than I expected. The noodles were sticky and very delicious! There were various kinds of menus, so I would like to try different ones next time!

I bought a cream bread from Hattendo the other day. I couldn't buy it when it was sold for purchase a few months ago, so I was very happy to be able to buy it this time! This time, there were two types of bread, banana cream bread and strawberry milk cream bread, but I bought strawberry milk cream bread.  The bread was a little smaller than I expected. However, the bread was very fluffy and the strawberry milk cream was just the right sweetness and delicious!  Hello, everyone. This time the topic is lunch box. I did a lunch assignment this week. I was very worried about what the theme of the lunch box should be, but I had a lot of summer vegetables at home, so I decided to make a lunch box with that theme. The menu is fried eggplant and pork with miso, pumpkin baked in salt butter, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes. This is the first time I've made pumpkin baked in salt butter, and it was one of the most delicious pumpkin dishes I've ever had! I will try to make it again.  Did you make a lunch box? Please tell us about the dishes you made and the theme you decided!  Hello, everyone. It's getting hotter and hotter lately. Take care of your physical condition. Recently my sandals broke... I bought it around the end of last summer, so I haven't used it much yet, so I'm very shocked:'-( I only had one of them, so I started looking for new ones. I went to Bandai and looked on the Internet, but I couldn't find the ideal sandal. But a few days ago I found my ideal sandal! I was back in Yamagata last Saturday and Sunday, and I found it when I went shopping with my mother. Moreover, I was very happy that my mother wore those sandals to me.  Hello,everyone. It's been raining a lot lately. I hope the rainy season ends soon.This week, my aunt came to Niigata, so we went shopping and ate together. Among them, I would like to introduce the ones that were delicious.  The first is the food of a restaurant called Ginrei. Actually, I was thinking of going to another restaurant   , but it was crowded, so I entered this one. We ordered a Shikisai lunch. At Shikisai lunch, I was able to enjoy various dishes little by little, and everything was delicious, but especially the sashimi and tyawanmushi were delicious! The second is bread from a bakery called saffron.I have been to this bakery several times, but this time I bought bread that I had never bought before. I recommend bacon epin and cinnamon roll. The bacon epi was very crisp and the saltiness was just right. Also, the cinnamon roll were quite sweet and perfect for me as a sweet lover! I love MOW ice cream, so I bought it. This ice cream was so delicious! The cookies on top were crisp and the ice cream was very rich. If you like cream cheese, you'll love this ice cream. It's a little more expensive than the vanilla-flavored MOW, but please buy it.

 Hello, everyone. This week I'm going to write about the food I'm interested in right now. It's McDonald's lemon cheese pie and Yubari melon McShake. I like sweet thing, especially fruits, so I am very interested in these products. I want to eat both.  Hello, everyone. I couldn't find anything that happened around me that I could write about this week, so I introduce the news that surprised me. That is the news of the abolition of Fast Pass at Tokyo Disney Resort. Do you know what a FastPass is? The Fast Pass is an attraction priority information system that allows you to wait less for attractions. The system had been suspended since 2020 due to the Corona disaster, but I was looking forward to it resuming. Because the system itself is great, but the Fast Pass tickets are so cute!  However, the discontinuation of Fast Pass was announced this week. It seems that the new system will be used in the future, but I think you will probably not get this ticket anymore... I wanted them to somehow make something that reused Fast Pass.  Hello,everyone. How are you today? This topic is about school cafeterias and snacks. I didn't have time to prepare a lunch box in Monday morning, so I brought only rice and used the school cafeteria as a side dish. The menu was very different from the last time I used the cafeteria, and there were Candied sweet potatos and fried white fish. The pork salad was espesially delicious, so if you find it, please try it. From Monday to Wednesday, there was a fair where you could get sweets if you bought something for more than 300 yen at the school cafeteria or purchase. I chose chocolate brownies among snacks. I had never eaten this before, but I chose it because it was recommended by a friend before and I wanted to try it. Here is the recipe I reviewed.  Yaki Udon (Stir-Fried Udon Noodles) 焼きうどん • Just One Cookbook   I used a website called "JUST ONE COOKBOOK". The article on the website is written by a Japanese woman named Nami who lives in San Francisco. This article are about Japanese recipe. The reason I chose Yaki Udon recipe was I had the ingredients for Yaki Udon at my home. Also, I thought that cooking Yaki Udon was very easy. All in all, this recipe was very easy! I already had all the ingredients at home, but I don't think it would be that difficult. Also, as the recipe says, you can use chicken instead of pork to make it delicious. Rather, I think it's good to substitute various ingredients and enjoy the difference! Also, the taste was very good! The chewy noodles were entwined with the sause and it was very delicious.  Hello, everyone. How are you today? This topic is about cooking with Koyadofu.  I got a lot of food from the food pantry this tuesday. I got Koyadohu at that time, but I had't eaten the Koyadohu I got from the food pantry last time. So I decided to try making Koyadohu cokkies. The cookies were so easy to make. First, rehydrate Koyadohu in water, drain the water, and cut it into thin slices. Second, soak Kouadohu in a mixture of butter, sygar, and milk. Bake them until they are browned and you are done!  Hello,everypne. How are you? This topic is about making bread. I made a post about  the bakery last week. At that time, I wanted to eat more bread, so I made it myself! This time I made melon bread, cream bread and cinnnamon roll. I've made bread before, but this is the first time I've made cream bread and cinnamon roll. Cinnamon rolls were baked beautifully! Melon breads puffed up well, but lattice pattern disappeared. Cream bread had become elongated in shape. All the flavors were very good, but I felt that the melon bread was a little lacking in sweetness.      I made only sweet bread this time, so I think I'll try making salty bread next time!  Hello,everyone. I went to a bekery called Boulanger Lecoeur on Friday. I was so excited because I wanted to go there for a long time! I have been to four bakeries in Niigata, so if you have any recommendations, please tell me. There were various kinds of bread there. I bought curry bread and chocolate and walnut bread. The chocolate and walnut bread was also delicious, but the curry bread was the crunchiest curry bread I've ever eaten and it was very delicious! I will definitely buy it next time I go. Everyone please try to eat!  As an side, I wanted to work part-time at this bekely, but I gave up because it was far from my home and university than I thought and I could not commute... Hello everybody! I will introduce what happened during Golden Week. My sister came to Niigata for Golden week this Tuesday, so we ate together at my house. We bought whatever we liked at Mister Donuts and we bought a total of 8 donuts! I’ve never bought as much as I like at Mister Donuts, so I was really excited!  I bought the Old Fashioned, the Shrimp Gratin Pie, the Golden Chocolate, and the newly launched Hoji tea Donut.  The Shrimp Gratin Pie was the most delicious! On my way back to Yamagata, I visited the sea in Niigata and Tsuruga Castle in Fukushima. I was very excited, especially since I had never been to Tsuruga Castle. It was very busy with many people. The weather was good and the castle looked very beautiful! Also, I did not do there, but I heard that the castle tower has been renewed recently, so please do visit it. After returning to my hometown, I enjoyed relaxing at hometown at home and going out with my friends. It is been a very fulfilling homecoming! Thank ...

 I went strawberry picking at the All-round Circle welcome party for new students last week. It was held at a place that Takagi Farm in North ward.  In My hometown of Yamagata, cherry picking is more famous than strawberry picking, so I went strawberry picking for the first time in a while. The farm was very large and were able to eat a lot of strawberries. Everything was so sweet and delicious. Also, it was particularly sweet that strawberry stem was facing upwards, so please look when you go! Thank you for reading.  

  There are five people in my family. My family lives in different places now. My father lives in Nagoya. My mother and grandfather live in Yamagata. My sister lives in Tokyo. I’m looking forward to the New Year’s holiday when all my family gather. My hobby are listening to music and watching videos on Youtube. These days,  I like watching Disney Resort shows. Especially, My favorite show is mysterious masquerade that was held during Halloween. This show is grate music, custom and performance. So check it on youtube.   My hometown is Yonezawa City in Yamagata prefecture. In my hometown, there is a festival called the Yukidiro festival. It is held every February and you can see many Yukidoro. The fire is lit one by one, and They are beautiful. Please visit when winter comes.
